Peter brings a 30-year career spanning institutional research, public-company finance, intellectual property and technology commercialization. He founded Prestwick Associates in 2014.

As former Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property at Know Labs, Peter worked at the intersection of finance, corporate strategy and an expanding technology portfolio.

His earlier experience includes co-founding ipCreate which served large, multinational corporations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia on complex IP development and monetization projects. Previously, he co-founded a top-ranked institutional equity research business focused solely on IP and helped to build an IP-focused investment-banking and research platform at MDB Capital.

Through Prestwick, he applies that experience to focused commercial analysis, expert consulting and delivering strategic insights. Engagements are tailored to the decision, the evidence and the client’s existing legal and technical advisers.
